Managed eBusinessPay is exactly that, we
manage everything from HMRC queries to queries from
your staff, calculation of the pay and distribution
of the payslips. It's like having an in-house
payroll clerk, just serviced from our offices
instead.
What's included
Our fees include all data entry, production of
payslips, management reports, and P45/P46's, as needed. In addition,
we also include the handling of your enquiries in respect of the HMRC,
DSS, auditors or employees. It also includes all administration,
payslips, postage and delivery fees.

A
minimum charge of £20 per pay run will apply where there are
fewer than 10 employees. The minimum annual contract fee is
£200. |
Weekly Paid Employees
A
discount of 10% applies to the per payslip figure for weekly
employees i.e. the fee for 30 weekly paid employees will be
£2.25 (£2.50 less 10%) per payslip or a total of £67.50 per
week.
Starters and Leavers
During the course of the year, there is no charge for starters and
leavers up to 10% of employee numbers. Above this figure, the fee for
each new starter and each leaver will be £1.00. |
